Truthfully, it’s very hard to tell design firms apart. In various markets and at various scales, the players tend to offer more or less the same thing to the same audiences. Want to make your firm stand out from the crowd? You need a differentiation strategy, which translates into brand that’s genuinely distinct from the competition, with demonstrable benefits to clients. That’s what will make you special. But it’s hard to do. Register for this interactive session to get a head start.

As a consultant to design firms, Elizabeth has been a guest speaker and seminar leader on marketing principles and techniques for the Association of Registered Interior Designers of Ontario, IIDEXCanada, Society of Design Administration Canada, Ontario Association of Architects and other groups.
